Reserves Captain Laura Graham joined Portishead from Bristol Uni back in 2016 and quickly found the club to be like a second family.
Quicker along the floor than on her feet, you’ll normally find her spending some time in the mud with a sliding tackle. Laura’s vocal chords get as much of a workout as her legs on match day, and she’s a firm believer that we get better as a team when we encourage each other.
Katie joined this season from Nailsea’s U16 team. She is a flexible player, and has slotted into many positions for the team, but defence is her strongest area. Her speed, strength and tenacity surprise the opposition.

Her refusal to let a player past her means that she is an amazing asset wherever she plays in defence, constantly supporting whoever is in the back four with her.

A no nonsense defender who enjoys a good header and last last ditch sliding tackle.

Phoebe joined Portishead in 2015 at 17, and has grown with the club, continuing to play for us when she briefly moved away.
Phoebe is immediately obvious as a very vocal player on the pitch. Being one of the more experienced members of the team, she isn’t scared take charge when needed, or offer support to her teammates.
Calm, composed, and with a natural positional sense, Livvy Morgan is the cement to our defensive wall, and has worked her way up through the junior age groups to senior level at the club.

Courtney has moved up from U16’s after playing her youth football at Portishead Town. Courtney is very composed on the ball, she has a great left and right foot, and a very strong shot.
Reading the game well and looking for those easy through balls to teammates, Courtney is a team player and hopes to continue playing football, as her confidence continues to grow with every game.
Katherine has signed for her second season with Portishead, and commands the midfield with her strong tackles and passing game. With a precise first touch, she takes on players with confidence and looks for goal when presented with the opportunity.
She’s looking forward to developing with the Reserves this season.
Ollie Maclellan has been with Portishead Ladies since U14s, and we’re thrilled to have retained her for her third season of adult football. With a natural flair for coaching (talking), VC Ol brings up everyone around her and leads by example on the pitch with her willingness to put her body on the line for the team.
She reads the game well, both in and out of possession, making herself a key central player for the Reserves.
Chelsea has returned to the club this season after a few years away from Portishead Ladies, and we couldn’t be happier to have her back. She is a strong player with a solid strike, who has added some more physicality to a young team this season.
Her experience means she picks out the right through ball with ease, and Chelsea is a positive influence to have in the squad.
