Match Summary
Portishead welcomed the team from Wiltshire knowing that they desperately needed to get a win under their belts in order to kick start their Toolstation league program.

Bradford were in 4th spot in the table and in form and indeed it was they who bossed the first half but their normally prolific striker Minnis was in a wasteful mood, twice he should have scored in the opening half hour but fired wide after good build up play.

Posset were struggling to gain a foothold in the game and looking very disorganised at the back and Pettitt was guilty of holding in the box after 40 minutes and the referee duly pointed to the spot. However keeper Gareth Tucker was in a resilient mood and expertly saved Minnis' spot kick and Posset somehow got to the break on even terms.

Boss Dave Willis then switched the team shape and paired Clarke up front with Danny Benn in a bid to gain some momentum in the game and this switch worked brilliantly when after 55 minutes following a flick on from Holder Posset's young striker Benn looked up and delivered a fantastic lob over the Bradford keeper from 35 yards.
Posset doubled their advantage 3 minutes later when good link up play from Benn and Josh White saw Pettitt atone for his earlier misdemeanour by heading home goal number 2.

Bradford hit back though moments later when Tweddle set up Minnis to reduce the arrears, Posset were then indebted to keeper Tucker who brilliantly saved from point blank range when Bradford's big centre back found himself unmarked following a corner.

Buoyed by this Posset's skipper Holder hit their 3rd and decisive goal following a mis hit shot from Clarke, as time ran out Posset's man of the match Benn hit his second when cutting in from the right and driving a sweet left foot drive into the bottom corner after a fine ball by Clarke.
